Resellers who utilize The Power Flasher to service mobile devices belonging to third-party clients assume the following mandatory duties:
- Verification of Ownership: The reseller must take reasonable steps to ensure their client is the lawful owner of the mobile handset.
- No Blacklisted Hardware: The reseller must strictly reject any mobile device reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted.
- Clear Consumer Disclosure: Resellers must clearly inform end clients that factory reset protection removals erase device partition data.
- Indemnification: Resellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Power Flasher from any third-party claims, consumer disputes, or regulatory penalties arising from the reseller's servicing of customer handsets.
06. Prohibition on White-Labeling & Binary Modification
Purchasing bulk credits does not grant any intellectual property rights, copyright license, or trademark ownership:
- Resellers are strictly prohibited from modifying, rebranding, renaming, hex-editing, or "white-labeling" the The Power Flasher desktop executable (`smtool.exe`).
- You may not replace platform logos, remove copyright notices, or falsely present our proprietary software suite as your own custom software product.
- Custom enterprise co-branding is permitted solely pursuant to a separate, signed Master Enterprise Agreement with executive management.

Resellers holding active balances of $500 or higher qualify for Enterprise API credentials:

08. Reseller Multi-Seat Workstation Licensing
For commercial workshops operating multiple diagnostic benches:
- Enterprise accounts may register multiple authorized workstation hardware fingerprints under a unified organization wallet.
- Workstations must be located within verified workshop premises. Sharing enterprise seats with external third parties outside the registered organization is strictly prohibited.

- Knowingly services stolen hardware or engages in blacklisted IMEI circumvention; or
- Initiates bad-faith payment disputes against bulk credit recharges.
