01. Commitment to Account Integrity & Fair Governance
To maintain a secure, lawful, and high-availability ecosystem for professional repair technicians worldwide, The Power Flasher enforces clear standards of technical integrity and ethical conduct.
We believe that administrative penalties must never be applied arbitrarily or punitively. Account actions are guided by objective server telemetry, documented evidence, progressive warnings where appropriate, and full opportunity for customer appeal.
02. Account Standing & Lifecycle Tiers
Customer accounts are classified under four administrative statuses within our database:
| Account Status | Operational State | Credit Wallet Access | Remedy / Appeal Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Active (Good Standing) | Full unrestricted access to web portal, desktop client, and API. | Unrestricted | Standard operational state. |
| 2. Administrative Hold | Temporary pause on desktop tool execution while an inquiry or billing dispute is verified. | Locked for Review | Direct expedited review via Telegram support desk. |
| 3. Temporary Suspension | Account paused for up to 14 days due to policy warning or unresolved shortfalls. | Preserved Intact | Eligible for standard formal appeal. |
| 4. Permanent Termination & DEFCON Ban | Irrevocable closure of account; client machine hardware hash blacklisted across server nodes. | Settled or Forfeited | Senior Executive Compliance Panel review only. |
03. Specific Grounds for Temporary Administrative Hold
An account may be placed on a temporary non-punitive hold under the following circumstances:
- Security Verification: Rapid, simultaneous logins detected from geographically conflicting IP addresses (e.g. London and Tokyo within 10 minutes) suggesting compromised user credentials.
- Billing Discrepancy: Active bank chargeback or unresolved payment gateway notification requiring evidence review.
- Underpayment Hold: Incomplete manual or cryptocurrency payment requiring supplemental settlement.
- Pending Compliance Inquiry: Verification of proof of repair ownership following a third-party claim.
04. Specific Grounds for Permanent Termination & DEFCON Ban
Permanent termination and hardware blacklisting are reserved strictly for severe, deliberate, or criminal misconduct:
- Reverse Engineering & Cracking: Attaching software debuggers, memory dumpers, deobfuscating binaries, or attempting to extract proprietary authentication algorithms.
- Network & API Tampering: Man-in-the-middle (MITM) proxy interception, simulated server callbacks, or packet replay attacks.
- Payment Fraud: Utilizing stolen credit cards, compromised bank accounts, forged Binance receipts, or engaging in bad-faith friendly fraud.
- Stolen Hardware Servicing: Deliberately connecting or attempting to service mobile devices reported lost or stolen on international telecom registries.
- Aggressive Abuse of Staff: Hate speech, threats of physical violence, extortion, or extreme harassment directed toward support personnel.
05. Customer Notification & Transparent Reason Codes
Whenever an administrative hold or suspension is applied:
- The customer will receive an automated electronic notification via registered email and/or authenticated Telegram Bot.
- The notice will include a specific Action Code (e.g. `HOLD-SEC-LOGIN`, `HOLD-PAY-DISPUTE`, `TERM-REV-ENG`), a concise summary of the grounds, and clear instructions on how to submit an appeal.
06. Balance Safeguards: No Arbitrary Confiscation
Where an account is terminated for operational convenience, non-fraudulent business disputes, or minor administrative matters:
- The customer retains the right to request a voluntary refund of eligible, unspent Purchased Credits in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy pro-rata formula.
- Promotional, bonus, and crypto incentive credits (which have zero independent cash redemption value) are cancelled upon termination.
- Exception: In cases of proven criminal fraud (stolen payment cards, deliberate financial theft), balances derived from illicit funds are frozen and handled in accordance with judicial orders.
07. Step-by-Step Fair Appeal Procedure
Customers who believe their account was suspended in error have the right to file an appeal within 14 calendar days of the action:
- Submit Formal Request: Send an email to [email protected] or message our Telegram desk (https://t.me/powerflasherbot) with the subject "Account Appeal - [Username] - [Action Code]".
- Required Documentation: Provide your registered username, invoice references, an explanation of the circumstances, and any relevant technical or billing evidence.
- Forensic Review: An independent senior compliance officer who was not involved in the initial action will review server logs and telemetries.
08. Independent Compliance Review SLA
We adhere to strict review service level agreements:
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 business hours of appeal receipt.
- Final Written Decision: Within 48 to 72 business hours, accompanied by an explanation of whether the account will be reinstated, adjusted, or upheld.
09. Voluntary Account Closure by Customer
Customers may voluntarily close their account at any time:
- Submit a voluntary closure request from your registered email.
- Eligible unused purchased credits will be refunded pursuant to our published pro-rata formula within 3 business days.
- Personal telemetry data will be anonymized in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Reinstatement Protocols & Clean Record Restorations
Where an appeal is upheld and an action is determined to have resulted from an automated false-positive or resolved dispute:
- The user account is restored to Active (Good Standing) immediately.
- Any hardware blacklists are purged from all server clusters.
- The user's compliance record is fully restored with zero enduring penalty marks.
