01. Direct On-Site Cryptocurrency Checkout Architecture
The Power Flasher (https://thepowerflasher.com) implements direct, on-site cryptocurrency settlement powered by enterprise-grade infrastructure. Customers select their desired token and blockchain network directly inside our web interface without being redirected to untrusted external third-party hosted checkout screens.
Upon package selection, our server communicates in real-time with the NOWPayments API to dynamically generate:
- A unique, single-use cryptographic deposit address dedicated exclusively to that specific invoice.
- A real-time QR code readable by all standard hardware, mobile, and web3 wallets.
- An exact cryptocurrency payment amount locked for a guaranteed checkout window.
- A dynamic Instant Payment Notification (IPN) webhook listener for automated ledger crediting.
02. Supported Digital Assets & Verified Blockchain Networks
To provide high speed and minimal network overhead, we support industry-standard digital assets across multiple high-performance blockchain rails:
| Digital Asset | Supported Blockchain Networks | Standard Confirmation Speed | Incentive Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tether USD (USDT) | TRC20 (TRON), BEP20 (BNB Chain), Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum One, Optimism, TON, ERC20 (Ethereum). | Fast (1 – 3 mins) ERC20: 5 – 15 mins |
+5% Bonus Credits |
| USD Coin (USDC) | Polygon, Solana, Base, Arbitrum One, Optimism, BEP20, ERC20. | Fast (1 – 3 mins) | +5% Bonus Credits |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin Mainnet, Bitcoin Lightning Network (Direct invoice / fast channel). | Mainnet: 10 – 30 mins Lightning: Instant |
+7% Bonus Credits |
Notice: Available networks are verified dynamically via the NOWPayments merchant currency endpoint. If a specific network undergoes scheduled maintenance or hard fork upgrades, it is temporarily withheld from the checkout dropdown.
03. Customer Responsibility: Address & Network Accuracy
For example:
- Sending USDT-TRC20 to an ERC20 or Solana address will result in irreversible token loss.
- Sending Native Bitcoin to an Ethereum or Tron address cannot be received.
- Failing to include a mandatory Destination Tag / Memo (where required for specific networks such as TON or XRP) prevents automated routing.
04. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions
By selecting cryptocurrency as your payment method, you acknowledge and agree that blockchain protocols operate by distributed, immutable consensus. Once a transaction is broadcast to a blockchain mempool and incorporated into a block:
- Neither The Power Flasher, NOWPayments, miners, validators, nor customer support can halt, reverse, cancel, or redirect the payment.
- Tokens transmitted to an incorrect address, wrong smart contract, or incompatible chain are irrecoverable by human intervention.
- The Power Flasher disclaims all legal liability for user errors in asset, network, or destination address selection.
05. Rate Locking, Volatility Windows & Invoice Expiration
Because cryptocurrency spot prices experience market volatility, our checkout system implements strict rate locking parameters:
- Active Payment Window: The payment address, estimated crypto amount, and exchange rate are locked for 20 to 30 minutes from invoice generation.
- Timer Visibility: A live countdown clock is rendered on the on-site checkout interface.
- Expired Invoices: If a payment is not broadcast before expiration, the invoice status changes to EXPIRED. Customers must generate a fresh invoice to receive an updated quote reflecting current market pricing.
- Late Broadcasts: If a customer transmits payment to an expired invoice address, the payment is captured by our automated background reconciliation scanner and matched according to the actual spot value received at confirmation.
06. Miner, Gas & Network Fees
All external blockchain networks require computation fees ("gas", "energy", or "miner fees") to process transactions:
- Sender Obligation: Miner and gas fees must be borne entirely by the customer over and above the invoice amount.
- Exchange Withdrawal Deductions: When sending from centralized exchanges (e.g. Binance, KuCoin, Bybit, OKX), exchanges routinely deduct a flat withdrawal fee from the sent amount. You must ensure that the NET amount actually dispatched by the exchange satisfies the required invoice sum.
07. Block Confirmation Requirements & Automated IPN Delivery
To protect against double-spending and blockchain reorganizations ("re-orgs"), incoming payments must reach standard confirmation thresholds before credits are credited to the user's wallet:
| Blockchain | Required Confirmations | Average Wait Time | Settlement Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| TRON (TRC20) | 1 – 2 Blocks | ~60 Seconds | Immediate automated IPN webhook fulfillment. |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | 3 Blocks | ~15 Seconds | Immediate automated IPN webhook fulfillment. |
| Polygon / Solana / Base | 1 – 2 Blocks | ~30 Seconds | Immediate automated IPN webhook fulfillment. |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 2 – 3 Blocks | ~3 – 5 Minutes | Automatic IPN crediting upon block finality. |
| Bitcoin Mainnet | 2 Confirmations | ~15 – 30 Minutes | Automatic IPN crediting upon block inclusion. |
08. Handling Underpayments, Partial Funding & Shortfalls
An underpayment occurs when the net cryptocurrency amount received at our deposit address is less than the required invoice total (frequently caused by exchange withdrawal fee deductions):
- Minor Shortfalls (≥ 98% Received): Our smart settlement engine provides a 2% volatility buffer. If the received amount is within 98% of the invoice target, the invoice is marked as fully paid and full credits are granted automatically.
- Significant Shortfalls (< 98% Received): The payment status is flagged as PARTIALLY PAID. The user has two options:
- Send the remaining balance to the same deposit address before the timeout window lapses.
- Contact support on Telegram (https://t.me/powerflasherbot) to receive credits pro-rated to the exact value received, or apply the balance to an adjusted tier.
09. Handling Overpayments & Duplicate Broadcasts
If a customer transmits an amount greater than the invoice total or accidentally broadcasts duplicate transactions:
- The original credit package is provisioned immediately upon confirmation.
- The excess overpayment value is calculated against our standard $1 = 1 Credit benchmark and credited automatically to the customer's wallet as purchased credits.
- Alternatively, the customer may request an on-chain return of the excess sum in accordance with Section 10 below.
10. Cryptocurrency Refund Protocols & Network Deductions
Where a cryptocurrency refund is approved under our Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Original Source Address Rule: Refunds are remitted exclusively to the verified originating wallet address or a cryptographically signed destination confirmed via registered account credentials.
- Network Gas Deduction: All outbound blockchain miner/gas fees incurred during the refund transaction are deducted directly from the refund principal.
- No Speculative Adjustments: Refunds are calculated on the basis of the USD benchmark value paid at invoice creation. The Power Flasher does not pay speculative fiat gains, market appreciation, or compensation for cryptocurrency market fluctuations during the holding period.
11. Compliance, AML & Sanctioned Asset Prohibitions
The Power Flasher complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and counter-terrorist financing conventions:
- Payments originating from wallet addresses associated with OFAC sanctions lists, known ransomware organizations, darknet markets, or illicit mixer services (e.g., Tornado Cash) are rejected by our payment gateway.
- We reserve the right to freeze transactions flagged by high-risk blockchain analytics until lawful source of funds is established.
