01. Overview of Binance Payment Methods

Customers on The Power Flasher (https://thepowerflasher.com) may utilize Binance infrastructure for credit purchases through:

  • Binance Pay (QR Code / Pay ID): Direct zero-gas fee settlement via the Binance mobile app.
  • Internal Binance Transfer (User ID / Email / Phone): Off-chain internal ledger transfers between Binance accounts.
  • On-Chain Binance Smart Chain (BEP20): Fully automated direct checkout processed via our NOWPayments integration (see our Crypto Payment Policy).

02. Manual Verification Workflow & Settlement Criteria

When selecting manual Binance Pay or internal transfer at checkout:

  1. Invoice Generation: The web platform issues a formal invoice containing the order reference (e.g. `INV-20261028-XXXXXX`), exact USD/USDT total, and the official The Power Flasher Binance Pay ID.
  2. Customer Transfer: The customer opens the Binance app and completes the transfer matching the exact invoice amount.
  3. Proof Submission: The customer inputs the resulting Binance Pay Order ID or Internal Transaction ID and attaches the transaction receipt via the web checkout interface or directly to our verified Telegram Bot.
  4. Finance Verification: Our financial auditing staff matches the internal transaction record in our merchant Binance terminal against the submitted invoice.
  5. Ledger Activation: Once confirmed, the credits and applicable bonuses are credited immediately to the customer wallet.

03. Submission of Proofs vs. Final Payment Clearance

Submission Does Not Equal Final Settlement
Submitting a screenshot, uploading a receipt, or typing a transaction reference into the website does NOT constitute completed payment. Wallet credits are only released after our financial auditing team successfully confirms receipt of cleared funds in our official merchant Binance account.

Customers must retain their original transaction confirmation in the Binance app until their credits appear in their The Power Flasher account.

04. Anti-Phishing: Official Binance Pay IDs & QR Codes

To protect our community against impersonation scams, phishing channels, and fraudulent recipient IDs:

Strict Verification Rule
You must ONLY send funds to the official Binance Pay ID or QR code displayed directly inside your authenticated website dashboard at https://thepowerflasher.com or provided by our verified Telegram Bot (https://t.me/powerflasherbot).
  • The Power Flasher staff will never initiate unsolicited direct messages asking you to send funds to private, unlisted personal Binance accounts.
  • Never accept payment details sent via random Telegram groups, direct messages from unverified accounts, or third-party forums.
  • The Power Flasher bears zero liability for funds sent to unauthorized, fraudulent, or impersonator Binance accounts.

05. Verification Timeframes & Support SLAs

Manual Binance payments are verified according to the following Service Level Agreements:

06. Duplicate References, Altered Screenshots & Fraud Audits

Our automated auditing system cross-references every submitted Binance Order ID against our historical transaction archive:

  • Reused Order IDs: Submitting a previously claimed transaction reference will trigger an automated security exception.
  • Forged Receipts: Uploading manipulated screenshots, falsified amounts, or altered Photoshop receipts constitutes deliberate fraud.
  • Enforcement Action: Any account identified submitting fraudulent payment proofs will suffer immediate, permanent ban under our Account Suspension Policy, and will be reported to international anti-fraud registries.

07. Underpayments & Internal Binance Transfer Shortfalls

If the amount transferred via Binance Pay is less than the generated invoice total:

  • The invoice remains in a PENDING UNDERPAYMENT state.
  • The customer may transmit the supplemental difference using the same invoice reference.
  • Alternatively, the customer may request our finance desk to credit their wallet pro-rated to the exact sum received at our benchmark rate ($1 = 1 Credit).

08. Overpayments & Excess Credit Provisions

If a customer sends more than the invoice total via Binance Pay:

  • The full tier package is provisioned immediately upon clearance.
  • The excess overpayment value is automatically credited to the customer's wallet as standard purchased credits at our $1.00 benchmark.
  • Alternatively, the customer may request an internal Binance return of the excess amount with zero platform cancellation fees.

09. Binance Platform Compliance & External Account Freezes

All users must comply with Binance's official Terms of Use and local jurisdictional regulations:

  • The Power Flasher is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance Holdings Ltd.
  • If Binance places a temporary security hold, compliance review, or KYC freeze on a user's transfer, The Power Flasher cannot release credits until Binance officially clears and settles the funds to our merchant account.

10. Dispute Resolution & Customer Redress

In the rare event of a settlement discrepancy:

Customers can contact our dedicated manual payment desk via Telegram (https://t.me/powerflasherbot) or submit a formal escalation under our Complaints Policy. Our team will retrieve the internal Binance merchant log and resolve any discrepancy within 24 business hours.
