Once credits are loaded to your account balance, unspent credits are non-refundable. 2. FAILED SERVER OPERATIONS If an operation fails due to a server-side error, network timeout, or internal authorization fault, no credits are deducted, or the deducted amount is automatically credited back to your balance immediately. 3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES Credits are non-refundable in the following situations: - The operation successfully completes on the server and delivers the valid unlock or cryptographic blob. - User selects the incorrect model or firmware partition. - Device has pre-existing hardware damage (e.g. faulty UFS/eMMC, corrupt hardware partitions, bad USB cables, or disrupted connection during flashing). - Account or machine was banned for reverse engineering or terms violation. 4.
